We collect information you submit through quote, contact, account, support, and teacher application forms, including name, email, phone, language background, availability, learning goals, and CV files when you apply to work with us.
When you use the platform, we process account details, lesson schedules, attendance, materials, support messages, notifications, and payment-related records needed to provide the service.
How we use data
We use personal data to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, manage lessons, create and protect accounts, deliver notifications, process teacher applications, provide support, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the platform, such as hosting, authentication, email, database, rate-limiting, and payment tools.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law, accounting rules, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or legitimate platform security needs.
